If any dispute arises between you and DressDora in connection with validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement and/or Terms & Conditions Notice, said dispute shall first be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by DressDora.

DressDora enters into this Agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of each of its worldwide affiliates. Accordingly, DressDora holds the benefit of and may enforce this Agreement on behalf of those affiliates. DressDora reserves the right to pursue any remedy available to it at law or in equity if you breach this Agreement.
